EYG launches best ever pay packages for fitting teams in 50 years in business
EYG is delighted to be experiencing soaring sales of glazing products across the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region – resulting in us launching a recruitment drive to add talented tradespeople to our team.
With people not having holidayed abroad last year and continuing uncertainty over travel, the home improvement market is thriving.
So, to ensure we recruit the best teams in the business, we’ve improved our installers’ pay packages to the best and most flexible they’ve ever been.
We’re confident we now offer our installers the best rates in the region and the ability to benefit from uncapped earnings.
We are currently recruiting – for immediate starts - Experienced Window installers, Conservatory installers, Conservatory base builders.
Our new improved pay packages offer;
- Uncapped Earnings and available overtime – Under our current pay model – which offers both the best day rates and levels of ‘pay per frame’ payment terms in the region – earning between £30,000 and £35,000 a year is easily achievable given our continuous supply of installation work. Want to top up your earnings with overtime? The demand for our products rewards those willing to work those extra hours.
- Guaranteed continuous work – no matter what the market - The current thirst for home improvements means fitters are in high demand with jobs aplenty across the market.
However, EYG doesn’t rely on peaks and troughs to keep fitting teams in work.
Our size and ability to supply across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire means our fitters’ diaries are always organised and full – it was even that way throughout downturns in the economy and recessions.
