The first priority was to remove the windows, which were almost 20 years old and failed to open or lock correctly.
To keep disruption to an absolute minimum and improve the property’s security, these were replaced on an individual basis.
The next step was to take out the front and back door, which were swapped for stylish new composite doors. The gorgeous red front door made the entrance much warmer and gave the property more kerb appeal.
To complete the project, an old and cold set of patio doors which connected the conservatory to the main living area were exchanged for easy-to-open French doors with shiny chrome handles for a contemporary finish.
