Double glazing and conservatory in Lincolnshire

Jack and Janice Holmes, Keddington, Louth

Why did they choose EYG?

  • Wanted to update their ageing double-glazed windows
  • Needed two bay windows to bring natural light into home
  • Front of property needed porch to add kerb appeal
  • Keen to add more useable living space with a modern conservatory
  • New fascia and soffits required to refresh exterior

What did we do?

This dorma-style home has been lovingly updated over a number of months to make it feel more modern. All the existing windows have been replaced with modern uPVC double glazing, with two new bay windows added to bring more light into the main bedroom and living areas.

To make the most of the south-facing garden, a new conservatory has been constructed with dwarf walls and a self-cleaning glass roof. This provides valuable extra living space that’s ideal for entertaining or relaxing.

The installation of a porch created a warm and welcoming entrance, giving every visitor a lovely first impression before they’ve even set foot in the door.

How long did it take?

  • This lovely Lincolnshire conservatory took around a month to complete, whilst the other improvements only required a few days from start to finish.
  • To minimise disruption, the project was carried out in separate stages.
