What did we do?
Our Hull sales manager Jeremy recommended a new conservatory rather than a more costly full brick extension, which used the existing footings.
He also recommended a solid tiled ‘Hybrid’ roof, insulated walls and flooring, and cladding on the outside of the conservatory to give it the appearance and energy efficiency of an extension.
EYG’s bricklayers removed an existing wall to open up the kitchen and levelled the floor between the kitchen and new conservatory, to create one free-flowing space, which is now the hub of the home, as a kitchen and living room.
