New website makes it easier for EYG customers to browse huge product range on desktop, tablet and mobile Monday, February 13th, 2017
EYG is delighted to have launched a new website designed specifically with our customers in mind – making it easier to view our huge range of products and get your home improvement project up and running.
One of the major changes and improvements, following feedback from customers, is the huge selection of pictures on all products,
Our ‘inspiration galleries’ give you a brilliant insight into how an EYG project can transform your home, whether it be with a new extension like a conservatory or orangery, or a full set of new windows and doors.
The site also makes it easier for customers to select specific details on products, from the many materials and styles to colours, with answers to the questions we are often asked about all of our products by customers.
By using our ‘request a quote’ button, you can get your project started quickly, as one of our team will be in touch to discuss your plans, and the best deal we can do for you.
John Waugh, retail sales director at EYG, said: “We’ve focussed entirely on the customer experience when creating this new website and the aim has been to make it as easy as possible for people to identify the products they like and will best suit their home.
“Our complete range of products is now included on the site and the imagery will really help customers to visualise how they will look in their own home. For example, there are images of 12 different styles of conservatories, which can be built in wood, aluminium or UPVC, and then of course these is a variety of roofing options.
“Similarly we’ve focused on making easy to access and assess the many options on windows, doors and skylights, as this makes the customer experience easier, and people can have good knowledge of our products before they speak to our team.”
Mr Waugh added that using the EYG website on a mobile or tablet will now be a completely different experience also.
“We’re delighted with how easy to use and follow the site is now on mobiles and tablets, as this is how an increasing number of people choose to view our site and our products,” he said.
“It replicates the website and again, people are able to view extensive picture galleries and get a real feel for how they’d add to their home.”
People ordering products via the EYG website, which has been developed by Arrival Design, benefit from an extra 10% off the price of products.
Seasonal offers are also promoted on the home page of the new site, with great deals on conservatories, orangeries and windows offered for limited periods of time.
