With the news over the weekend over Safestyle ceasing to trade, we know that many customers who have bought windows and doors will now be left anxious and worried about the loss of deposits and wondering what their rights are.

It is an incredibly difficult time when companies cease trading and customers are left out of pocket and fearful.

It is also devastating that so many workers have been left facing uncertain futures, especially ahead of Christmas, and our hearts genuinely go out to all of them.

As a fellow Yorkshire-based business, we are keen to help wherever we can – through stepping in to complete unfinished home projects or by recruiting staff who need employment.

How can EYG help?

We have the capacity to take on new window and door orders and install in six to eight weeks.

However, we appreciate that many customers will not want to go through the whole sales process again.

So for any home owners who have recently had design consultations, we will pledge to speed up the entire sales process by using your existing paperwork to save you time and the effort of starting again from scratch.

We would still require our own survey but will use your existing paperwork to cut our initial appointment team and endeavor to make the process simpler and quicker for you.
