Service
Please note our Warranty Service Department is closed from end of business Tuesday 23rd, re-opening on Monday 5th January 2026. Whilst you may be able to get through to our Sales teams who will be working over the Xmas period, please note that they will not be able to assist with any Service work Issues, and these will need to be reported when the Warranty Service Department reopens on Monday 5th January 2026 at 9am.
Holiday Emergency Cover
We do provide a very limited EMERGENCY (locking issues etc) call out service over the Xmas period that can be accessed via completing the form below. Our on-call Engineers will review and contact you directly to arrange to attend. This service is not 24 Hours and is covered on the following dates:
Wednesday, December 24th – 9am until 5pm
Monday, December 29th – 9am until 5pm
Tuesday, December 30th – 9am until 5pm
Wednesday, December 31st – 9am until 5pm
Friday, January 2nd – 9am until 5pm
Monday January 5th, 2026 – Normal service resumes
