TorqueMaster™
EYG garage doors are easy to handle with the exclusive TorqueMaster™ system. Our patented counterbalance system can be simply mounted above the door or at the rear of the horizontal tracks. Springs are shielded in a steel tube for maximum safety and simple installation. The headroom required for installation is minimum.
Integrated Safety
With this system, the spring force is always monitored. When the counting wheel is reset, you know that all the spring tension has been relieved. TorqueMaster™ cannot be disassembled unless spring tension is removed.
Setting spring tension is simpler and more precise. Locating the electric drill (500 turns/min) on the torsion wheel operates an endless screw which winds the springs. Power electric winding makes door adjustment quicker and easier.
The exclusive cable drums always locate cables correctly to eliminate length problems. Automatic cable alignment ensures smooth operating movement. Lifting cables are manufactured with aircraft grade steel that is seven times stronger than the garage door actually requires.
The counting wheel records spring turns. The number of turns can vary depending on the size of the garage door.
Shielded springs operate inside a galvanised steel coated tube. The steel tube controls torsion forces safely. Springs are lubricated and protected against corrosion, making the TorqueMaster™ virtually maintenance free.
